We seek an experienced and dynamic Sr. Delivery Lead to spearhead customer engagements and oversee end-to-end project delivery. In this role, you will lead the entire lifecycle of customer projects, from initial design to production deployment, ensuring successful outcomes and fostering strong customer relationships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue, and contributing to new customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, design, and delivery of custom software applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to translate client requirements into actionable deliverables and optimize on-time delivery strategies.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback, implementing action plans to address areas of concern or dissatisfaction.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies to drive revenue growth related to customer engagements and delivery functions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams during the implementation phases, coordinating activities across internal departments and with clients.
  • This is a fully remote / work-from-home position, with less than 10% travel to the office.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a proven track record in managing customer relationships and delivering custom software solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in the distribution or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients and internal teams alike.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, particularly in analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions.
